  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Wherever you are in the world we will be able to get your order to you.

I received the wrong item.

  • If in the rare circumstance, a member of the Fitness Kingdom team has dispatched the incorrect item to you, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received and we’ll rectify the problem quickly and efficiently.
  • All returns costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.

I received a faulty item.

  • If in the rare circumstance, one of our products arrives faulty, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will ask you to return the item as we would need to pass it to our quality control team. We will refund the postage you pay to return the faulty item.
  • In the attachments section, if you could attach any images of the fault with the items, this will help the member of the Fitness Kingdom team to rectify the problem more efficiently.

The item I want is out of stock.

  • Item inventory is listed actively on the item page, if the item you are interested in is out of stock, Fitness Kingdom will actively update you on replenishment dates.
